Is there a minimum commitment or contract term?
No long-term contract is required to get started. We offer month-to-month billing after the initial setup. Enterprise customers often choose annual agreements for additional rate flexibility.
How does visit billing actually work?
A visit is counted when a field worker submits a completed job record through the Headjacks app. Incomplete or test submissions are not billed. You receive a monthly invoice itemized by visit volume.
Can we start with a small pilot before committing?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Most customers start with a single team or region, validate ROI against their existing process, then roll out company-wide. The setup fee covers the pilot the same as a full deployment.
The field worker app is really free for workers?
Yes. Field workers download and use the Headjacks iOS or Android app at no cost to them or to you on a per-seat basis. You only pay when they complete visits. If a worker doesn't work that month, you don't pay for them.
How does this compare to what we'd spend building something ourselves?
