Brian's passion for technology that serves the unsupervised worker began during his tenure as Vice President of Information Services at Mosaic — now part of Acosta — where he oversaw operations and analytics for a workforce deployed across retail locations and live events throughout North America. At the time, verifying that work was actually performed, and performed with quality, was costly, complex, and largely unsolved. That challenge never left him.

Over the course of a distinguished consulting career, Brian led large-scale Data and AI practices at firms including Slalom and Avanade, advising a who's who of enterprise clients across virtually every industry vertical. That breadth of exposure gave him an early and clear view of where AI, cloud, and mobile technology were converging — and what they would eventually make possible for the distributed workforce.

Headjacks is the culmination of that vision. Brian founded the company to democratize accountability for the unsupervised workforce — putting enterprise-grade intelligence in the hands of every field operation, and extending the reach of great management teams wherever their workers perform.

Keli's career in Data and AI began long before those terms became boardroom buzzwords. Over 15 years, she built a reputation as one of the most trusted cloud data architects in the industry — designing, modernizing, and delivering lakehouse architectures, enterprise data warehouses, and large-scale analytics platforms that organizations depend on in production. Her work has consistently operated at the intersection of architectural rigor and practical, full-lifecycle delivery.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of modern data infrastructure — Azure, AWS, and GCP at the cloud layer; Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric at the platform layer — complemented by deep command of enterprise data governance. As a consulting leader, Keli has guided cross-functional and offshore engineering teams from architecture through production deployment and sustained operations. Her most recent work pushes into the frontier of agentic AI: architecting multi-agent intelligent systems using AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Claude, and Amazon Nova to automate research, extraction, validation, and auditability at enterprise scale.
