Headjacks exists because 30 million Americans do field work without a supervisor standing next to them — construction crews, facilities technicians, event staff, security guards, property inspectors. Proving the work actually happened, and happened well, has always meant paperwork, spot checks, or just trust.

We're starting this blog to write about that problem in public: how AI-validated photos, GPS, and geofencing replace supervision without replacing trust in the worker; what we're learning from early customers as we head toward Beta; and the occasional deep dive into how the platform is actually built.
